ORDERING

To ensure that your order is delivered to you as quickly as possible, we always strive to pack the ordered product for you immediately and send it to you. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to change the order after it has been placed.

It is therefore no longer possible to change the delivery address or the shipping method. We recommend that you carefully check all details when placing your order to avoid any inconvenience.

We strive to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Once you have placed an order, we do our utmost to pack and ship immediately. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to cancel the order. However, if you are not satisfied with the item received, you can return it within 30 days. You will then be refunded the full purchase amount.

PAYMENTS

You can pay with us with:

  • iDEAL: via the trusted online payment environment of your bank
  • Pay afterwards with Klarna: You then make your payment within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Credit card: we accept VISAcard, MASTERcard and AMERICAN express
  • Bancontact & KBC/ CBC

When placing your order, you commit yourself to payment of your order.

If your discount code does not work, please note the following points:

  • You can only use one discount code per order. Some discount codes are limited to one use per customer;
  • The conditions for using a discount code may vary per discount code. Some discount codes are only valid for certain items or have an expiration date. Always check the promotional terms and conditions associated with the discount code you are trying to use;
  • Some discount codes are limited to specific countries or customer accounts. Make sure to use the discount code that applies to your location or account.

If your discount code meets the above criteria but still doesn't work, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

SHIPPING

Orders placed at the weekend, on Monday and Tuesday until 14.00.; will be sent on Tuesday.

Orders placed on Tuesday after 14.00., Wednesday and Thursday before 14.00.; will be sent on Thursday.

Orders placed on Thursday after 14.00. and Friday before 14.00. will be shipped on Friday.

Normally you can expect your order within 24 hours after shipment

Your order will be transported and delivered by GLS.

Samples Sets are transported and delivered by PostNL. You do not need to be at home for this; these can go through the letterbox.

We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, France, Germany, Austria, Portugal, Spain and Italy.

We ship for FREE in the Netherlands on orders over €50. For orders under €50, the shipping costs are €5.

We ship FREE to Belgium for orders over €75. For orders under € 75, the shipping costs are € 10.

The shipping costs for countries other than the Netherlands and Belgium are calculated at checkout.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Most orders are usually delivered within 2 to 3 business days. In some cases it may take a little longer, but we ask for patience.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a track and trace code from GLS or PostNL so that you can monitor the status and location of your order yourself. If you have any concerns about delivery, don't hesitate to contact us. We are ready to help you!

After sending your order you will receive an email from GLS or PostNL with instructions on how to track your order.

If you wish to make changes, you must do so directly via GLS or PostNL, as we have no control over the delivery once the order has left our warehouse.

If you are not at home when your order arrives, GLS will leave a message and your package will often be delivered to neighbours.

If this does not work, GLS will inform you about how and where you can pick up your order. Don't wait too long to pick up your order. If the order is not picked up within the period set by GLS, it will be returned to our warehouse. Depending on the circumstances, your purchase (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded.

RETURN - EXCHANGE

Fill in the return form and add the product you want to receive as a comment. Return your order. You must pay the return costs yourself. As soon as we have received the product, we will send the desired product to you free of charge.

Please note that, due to possible health risks and hygiene, we only accept returns if the packaging seal is still intact.

We reserve the right to return broken seal products to you at your expense.

With the exception of defective goods, we do not cover the costs of returning a product to us.

We recommend sending the product via a registered delivery method so that you can always track it. We are not liable for returned products that never reach our warehouse or are damaged during their return.

You must ensure that the package is provided with an LQ (Limited Quantities) sticker to indicate that the package contains hazardous substances (alcohol*). If this sticker is missing, you may be held liable by the carrier for sending hazardous substances that are not packaged in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

* In the ingredients list, which you will find on the back of the product, you can see whether a product contains alcohol. This is indicated as ALCOHOL DENAT.

Once we have received the returned product at our warehouse, a check will be carried out based on the reason stated on the return slip. After approval, we will send you a confirmation email and you will receive the purchase amount back.

The refund will be processed automatically through the payment method you used when placing your original order. This process can take up to 10 business days, depending on your payment method issuer.

Please note that, due to possible health risks and hygiene, we only accept returns if the packaging seal is still intact.

We reserve the right to return broken seal products to you at your expense.

Refunds can take up to 10 business days. Once we have approved the refund, the payout will go through your individual payer. From that moment on, we no longer have any control over the refund. Still haven't received anything after 10 working days? Please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

If you have received a defective product, we ask you to contact us immediately. Please keep this information to hand:

  • the order number
  • the name of the defective product
  • description of the defect

Defective products will be replaced free of charge after our approval.
