We value our products and naturally strive to deliver them in optimal condition. However, if damage occurs during transport or any other problem arises that gives you a warranty claim, we will be responsible. This applies for up to one year after delivery.

Under Dutch law you may have additional rights. If you discover or should discover a defect, please contact us within a reasonable period of time after discovering it.

If you report correctly and on time, we will provide a free replacement.

It may happen that things do not go according to plan. If you have any complaints, we advise you to first contact us at info@acquediitalia.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, you can consider requesting mediation via WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. From 15 February 2016, EU consumers can also submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform, available at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you can also file it via this EU platform.
