RETURNS
You have the option to register a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To do this, follow the steps below.
Log in to your account and go to the order you want to return. Please read the return instructions carefully. After receiving your return request, we will assess it.

After we have informed you that you can return your order, you must return it to us within 14 days. You must pay the return costs yourself. As soon as we have received the product, we will send the desired product to you free of charge, provided that our conditions for returning products are met.
Please note that, due to possible health risks and hygiene, we only accept returns if the packaging seal is still intact.
When ordering a Body Water, Body Cream or Body Lotion, a sample is always included to try out the product first. As soon as you open the bag containing your ordered product, you agree with your purchase and the right of withdrawal expires and you cannot return the product.
We reserve the right to return broken seal products to you at your expense. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
Samples Sets cannot be returned.
With the exception of defective products, we do not cover the costs of returning a product to us.
We recommend sending the product via a registered delivery method so that you can always track it. We are not liable for returned products that never reach our warehouse or are damaged during their return.
Does your parcel contain a Body Water? Then you must ensure that the parcel is provided with an LQ (Limited Quantities) sticker to indicate that the parcel contains hazardous substances (alcohol*). If this sticker is missing, you may be held liable by the carrier for sending hazardous substances that are not packaged in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
Samples Sets cannot be returned.
* In the ingredients list, which you will find on the back of the product, you can see whether a product contains alcohol. This is indicated as ALCOHOL DENAT.
Once we have received the returned product at our warehouse, a check will be carried out based on the reason stated on the return slip. After approval, we will send you a confirmation email and you will receive the purchase amount back.
The refund will be processed automatically through the payment method you used when placing your original order. This process can take up to 10 business days, depending on your payment method issuer.

Refunds can take up to 10 business days. Once we have approved the refund, the payout will go through your individual payer. From that moment on, we no longer have any control over the refund. Still haven't received anything after 10 working days? Please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
If you have received a defective product, we ask you to contact us immediately. Have this information ready:
- the order number
- the name of the defective product
- description of the defect
We will replace defective items free of charge after our approval.
